Governance KPIs, project briefing, and where to find performance data

Last updated 8 Oct 2026Review · article 2 of 3

Reporting in Cesteral is centered on the Home overview, which surfaces governance KPIs and an AI-generated briefing. There is no separate "Analytics" page — the operational performance views live on their owning surfaces, linked below.

Home Overview

Navigate to Home (/workspace) for your workspace overview. Filter by date range (1–365 days) and project from the page header.

Governance KPIs

Home shows a strip of headline governance metrics, each with a trend sparkline and a delta versus the prior period:

  • Success rate — share of outcomes that succeeded
  • Approval rate — share of decisions that required approval
  • Error prevention — share of decisions the platform blocked
  • Rollback rate — share of outcomes that were rolled back
  • SLA compliance — share of change sets resolved within SLA
  • New knowledge — knowledge records added in the window
  • Conversations — conversations in the window

Briefing and Recommendations

Alongside the KPIs, Home shows a project briefing (an AI-generated narrative of recent activity), a "For you" panel of recommended next actions, and a table of recent automation runs. Incidents and active pauses are not repeated on Home: the top bar shows them on every page (see Activity).

Where Other Performance Data Lives

You wantGo to
Automation execution history (success/failure, recent runs)The Home recent-runs table; full history in the Runs tab of Audit log
Autonomous pacing optimization performancePacing, under Campaigns in the sidebar
Tool/connector reliability (success rates, latency, errors)Tool health, linked from Integrations
Policy decisions and their outcomesThe Decisions tab of Audit log
Spend limits and budget configurationPolicies > Spend limits

Cross-platform spend and live campaign performance depend on configured platform connectors. Until a connector is set up, budget and campaign data reflect internal platform state rather than live spend pulled from an ad account.
